Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At MoonlightReadingwithMs.Marty, every reading is prepared with focused energy and intention. To honor both your time and ours, we require a small deposit and apply a modest cancellation fee.

💫 Deposit Requirement

To confirm your session, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your appointment and will be credited toward your total reading cost at checkout.

Example: If your reading is $45, your remaining balance due at your session is $30.

🌙 Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. However, preparation for each reading begins well before your scheduled time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

• A $15 cancellation fee will apply for any appointment canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied to a rescheduled session (one time only).

• No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit both the deposit and the reading.
